Claiming your warranty is a quick and simple process. Just follow these steps:

Provide your details: In your email, please include your full name, your original order number, your current delivery address, and the exact model name of the glasses you want replaced. If your glasses are broken or worn out, please attach a photo (this helps our design team keep improving our products!).

Pay the postage fee: Our support team will send you a secure payment link for $15 AUD to cover postage and handling.

Receive your new glasses: Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your shipment and send you a tracking number. Your brand-new replacements will be on their way!
Warranty Terms & Conditions
To ensure we can keep offering this incredible benefit to all our customers, the following conditions apply:

Stock availability: Replacements will be made for the exact same model. If your original model is discontinued or out of stock, you can choose any alternative model of equal or lesser value from our current collection.
